Nature's joint energy balls
Ingredients
- 40g pitted dates
- 40g Nature's Joint Cacao
- 40g mixed nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, or cashews)
- 2 teaspoons Maca root
- 2-3 tablespoons water
Method
- Using a hand grinder, grind together dates, Nature's Joint Cacao, mixed nuts, and a bit of maca root until they form a sticky mixture.
- While grinding, gradually add 4 tablespoons of water to ensure the mixture binds together well.
- Transfer the ground mixture to a bowl.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, using your hands.
- Place the balls on a plate lined with parchment paper and chill them in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Enjoy your homemade energy balls! Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to two weeks.
