Nature's joint energy balls

Ingredients

  • 40g pitted dates
  • 40g Nature's Joint Cacao
  • 40g mixed nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, or cashews)
  • 2 teaspoons Maca root
  • 2-3 tablespoons water

Method

  • Using a hand grinder, grind together dates, Nature's Joint Cacao, mixed nuts, and a bit of maca root until they form a sticky mixture.
  • While grinding, gradually add 4 tablespoons of water to ensure the mixture binds together well.
  • Transfer the ground mixture to a bowl.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls, using your hands.
  • Place the balls on a plate lined with parchment paper and chill them in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Enjoy your homemade energy balls! Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to two weeks.
